Greetings! Welcome to Design Concepts. My name is Dawn and I am the owner, graphic designer and printer for Design Concepts. I have been offering marketing services to real estate agents, title/escrow firms, and mortgage lenders since 1997.
I have worked in real estate related fields since 1985, obtained my California real estate license in 1990 and through continuing education, I maintain an active license. I have four associate degrees in Real Estate, Marketing, Business and Management. I utilize my real estate knowledge to better serve my clients with their marketing needs. I offer fast project set-up and printing turn-around time. A quote is provided prior to work being performed.
I will help you decide the best approach to marketing your property. I will take the time to thoroughly understand your needs and the property’s special features. After discussing your request, I will create a detailed quote for your approval. I will personally manage the details of your project in a timely, efficient manner. A proof will be provided for review, further editing, and to make certain you are 100% satisfied before your project is presented to you in an electronic format (PDF, JPG) or color printed postcards are sent your way. And finally, I will proactively communicate with you so you’re never wondering what’s going on with your project.

In my spare time, I care for homeless cat colonies and am actively involved with TNR (Trap, Neuter, Return) to reduce the outdoor cat population. In an ideal world, all the cats I rescue would be adopted by loving families; however, the cats who are too feral to be adopted are returned to their colonies and lovingly watched-over by colony caregivers. Of all the cats I have rescued, nearly 20% of them were adopted.
